So instead we now got a game with a similar name but a different franchise. Maybe if their paths weren’t separated at the time, the current version could have been called Left 4 Dead 3. Unlike its predecessor, it was no longer made under the name Valve (anno bought Turtle Rock Studio from Valve), but again as a result of a separate development.
